The butler service team, concierge, were just fabulous! The little freebies like complimentary coffee/tea, ironing of 2 pieces per day were great! Their awesome restaurant recommendations and help making reservations, organising cabs was super helpful Location location location! Loved the restaurants cafes shops park just around. Nice rooftop bar, nice spa. Now just need my CC deposit refunded!!!

For the first part of our stay, we had a city view room. The second part, a week after, we stayed at the Park view room. Both rooms were very comfortable. The hotel location is excellent. It is in the shopping district of Istanbul. After more than an 11 hours flight, we were tired and had our dinner in the room; it was exceptional. The hotel is also surrounded by well-known restaurants. Even though we did not include breakfast in our reservation, a couple of times, we had breakfast at the hotel. It was very delicious. Summary having breakfast or dinner at the hotel is highly recommended. We had a rental car; The hotel provided vale services for parking, which was great. The front reception team under the management of Cuneyt Demirbag was accommodating. Mr. Demirbag and his staff (especially Umit) made us feel like we were at our own home. We would like to thank them one more time. The housekeeping staff (Yesim Hanim) was very helpful.

As a long-time user of Marriott hotels and have stayed in Marriotts, Westins and Ritz Carltons before, this was my first time staying in a St Regis property and the level of service blew my away. The St Regis Istanbul is actually quite a small hotel and has a boutique hotel feel to it, but comes with the exceptional service levels to be expected from a St Regis property. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was exceptional, from the location of the hotel, to the reception and the way all staff greeted us, to the tour they gave us, to the rooms and how warm they were and finally the rooftop restaurant. Everyone was very friendly polite and welcoming.

The location, the ambience, the friendly staff, the lovely breakfast; it was simply an amazing stay. I thought the hotel was pricey but not after I compared other hotels of the same standard.
